Mike Trout wins the 2012 AL Rookie of the Year unanimously.
He's the youngest player to win an AL rookie of the year at the age of 21 years old. He's only the second Angel player to win the award. Tim Salmon won the award in 1993. It's a little funny that both of them have a fish as their last name.
.326 AVG
.326 AVG
30 HR
83 RBI
49 SB
He put up insane numbers and possibly one of the greatest rookie season ever. He should have won a gold glove, but he'll get one of those someday. Yoenis Cespedes finished second and Yu Darvish was third.
